Step 1: Choose your favourite design.

Step 2: Fill out the form on the product page before adding to cart. Please note, if the name meaning for your child is not available, we’ll strive to replace it with their middle name (if they have one) or you can let us know what you’d like instead. All information, except child’s name and birthday, is optional. If you choose to add a photo, the higher the resolution, the better the print. Ideally, the photo should be in a portrait format.

Step 3: Add to cart and proceed to checkout. Once your order is completed, you will receive a .jpg copy of the print for proof-reading. When you confirm that everything looks good and all details are correct, we print and mail or send the file to the printer if on canvas. Please note, if your order has a mistake due to our fault, we will supply a new one at no cost. If the mistake is from your end, there is a reprint fee of $20 plus shipping. Canvas orders are charged at their full cost of $120 plus shipping.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. The following shipping charges apply:
Australia: $5.00 Unframed | $15.00 Framed and Canvas
International*: $15.00 Unframed | $50.00 Framed* and Canvas*

Unframed keepsakes are sent in the sturdy, rigid envelopes to ensure no bending occurs.

*When ordering products internationally that contain wood, A Day 2 Remember will carry no responsibility for any custom issues or charges that may arise. If you are not sure, please check the custom regulations for the country of your shipment destination.

At the end of your shopping you will be prompted with a Paypal checkout. Paypal is the safest way to shop online using your credit card. There is no need to have a Paypal account to pay by credit card.

Due to the personalised nature of the product and research involved, please allow 2-3 days for processing. All orders are shipped via regular mail and take 3-5 business days to be delivered. If you need your order urgently, please contact us or write it in special instructions area.
